Well … I’m back from my west coast sojourn, during which I took over 10,000 photos. For some reason — even though the skills required for both AI image generation and photography are quite similar — I seem to have trouble making AI images when I’m engrossed in photography, and vice versa.
All of which may partially explain why I remember virtually nothing about how or why I created the images in this post. I made them all a month ago, before I went exploring with my camera.
My intention was to send out a post while I was traveling, marking the one-year anniversary of my experiments with AI image generation, which was on August 7. But there were photos to be taken and that idea fell by the wayside.
Besides, that anniversary wasn’t exactly one of unblemished happiness or delight. My first post explains the not-entirely-happy circumstances of my entry into the world of AI. It’s not exactly cheery reading, but here it is if you’re curious.
Or you might simply prefer to look at some kitties hanging out under the moon.
